Trail mix is my family’s favorite road trip snack. It’s quick, easy, sometimes healthy, and checks all the boxes on what the perfect snack should be:

  • Sweet
  • Salty
  • Crunchy
  • Satisfying

The combinations are endless when it comes to trail mix recipes. Just look at all of the Archer Farms Trail Mix at Target! Monster trail mix, caramel lovers trail mix, peanut butter lovers trail mix…oh.my.gosh. I love them all so much!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Trail Mix is great to make in the summertime or during the school year if your child isn’t in a peanut friendly classroom. It’s great for family road trips or as a quick snack for days spent at the pool or water park.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Trail Mix

Peanut Butter and Jelly Trail Mix is using peanut butter M&Ms for a bold hit of peanut butter flavor, chewy dried strawberries and sweet raisins to represent my two favorite jelly flavors, salty roasted peanuts for added crunch, and mini pretzels which is sort of like the bread?
