This is what our weekend entailed…

Black-eyed pea falafel with watermelon & feta cucumber salad. What!!!!

I made Fig-nomenal Cheese Date Thumprint Crackers for…

Baby Noah’s 1st Bday Party!

Then dinner & drinks for my heterosexual life partner’s (HLP) birthday!

Our lease is up at the end of the month, so we are in the process of packing, and we have a bag of paper trash in our living room. Our kittles cattles are obsessed! Weasley barely moved from this spot all weekend, but the second he did…

Lily swooped in and stole his place! Ha!

Of course, while packing, the cats got into every.thing.

WASP!!! (outside the window)

The we had dinner with the fam before the kid’s first day of school!

And of course Yobe! Taro & Kiwi fro-yo with pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, white chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, strawberry  juicy balls, baby gummy bears, shredded coconut, and a piece of a snickers bar. Yummo!

Finally it was time to rest! Going…

Our couch is gone, so we had to put an air mattress in our living room. Weasley was weary of it at first, but he got over it.

Lily wanted nothing to do with us or it…

So we settled in for family movie night without her

Getting to know you…

Have fun this weekend?

What are your favorite yogurt toppings?

Are your cats as curious as ours?

Love y'all!

  • Looks like you had an active weekend!

I shopped this weekend which was kind of fun but exhausting! We looked at an open house which was a major disappointment in person and the neighbors provided a less than flattering view. We shared some artisan ice cream. I made meatloaf, le yum!

I just found an organic fro-yo place I love….I did the first batch with chocolate cookie dough. I didn’t like it at all, but I tried fruit and woah! It is so good! I love plain yogurt with pineapple, blueberries, kiwi, and strawberry. Yours looks really good too!

I tend to always put fruit on my fro-yo rather than slather on the chocolate and candies. That completely defeats the purpose of getting fro-yo in the first place! If you want chocolate and candy, get ice cream! I could eat Yobe every day if I could! Sooooo good!
