Mango Mustard Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen mango chunks (defrosted if frozen)
- 1 small clove garlic (chopped)
- ½ tablespoon fresh ginger (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup mango nectar or juice (OJ would probably work too)
- salt & pepper to taste
