Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- siracha hot sauce (to taste)
- 1-4 tablespoons hot water
Directions
Step 1 | |
Add all ingredients (except water) to a food processor and blend until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add in hot water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. | |

Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
