Ingredients

Leafy greens like spinach, kale, or a mixture of both! Frozen Mango Frozen Pineapple Frozen Avocado or Banana Coconut Water or Juice Milk of Choice Extras: Protein powder, collagen powder, fat booster, electrolytes, etc.

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until the large chunks are broken down. Blend on high until smooth, and serve!
