Easy 30 Minute Homemade Chicken & Dumplings

What are the  secret ingredients?

Ingredients

* Rotisserie Chicken (or leftover turkey, etc)

* Store bought stock or Better Than Bouillon

* Homemade Dumplings or pastry

* Herbs & spices

Step 1

Bring stock to a boil in a large Dutch oven or stock pot.

Step 2

For the dumplings, combine wet ingredients w/ dry ingredients to form a slightly wet dough.

Step 3

Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into short strips then gently drop into the boiling chicken stock.

Step 4

Simmer the dumplings for 15-20 minutes and stir in the shredded chicken.
