1oz.Frangelico or hazelnut liquoror cinnamon schnapps like Fireball
⅔cupspeach juice or peach nectardependent on size of glass
1teaspoonfresh lemon juicejuice from one wedge
Fresh peach slicesfor garnish
Instructions
For the Peach Cobbler Martinis:
Pour a little bit of the peach nectar onto a small plate.
On a separate plate, stir together crushed graham cracker, sugar, and cinnamon.
Dip the rim of a martini glass in the peach juice and then into the graham cracker mixture, making sure it is thoroughly coated. Repeat w/ second glass.
Add vodka, Frangelico, peach juice, and lemon juice to a martini shaker filled with ice, shake, and strain into two martini glasses rimmed with the graham cracker mixture.
