112 oz canfrozen orange juice concentratedefrosted
112 oz can frozen lemonade concentratedefrosted
2-3canscold water (dependent on sweetness preference)
22 literbottles lemon-lime soda, ginger ale 2 (750ml) bottles Prosecco, Moscato, or white wine
Instructions
For the Pineapple Party Punch:
Pour all of the punch ingredients, except wine &/or soda, together into a large bowl and mix well.
Top off with the lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, prosecco or wine and serve as is or follow step 3 to freeze for a slushie punch:
Line a small baking sheet w/ parchment paper.
Mix all of the pineapple party punch ingredients together (except soda &/or wine) and line a large pitcher, or punch bowl, with a zip-top freezer bag.
Pour the mixed juices into the freezer bag, seal to close, and lay the bag down flat on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cover the first bag of party punch with a second sheet of parchment paper (this will keep the bags from sticking together) then repeat steps 1-2 w/ a second zip-top bag, laying it flat on top of the first bag of party punch.
Pop the tray in the freezer and freeze for 3-4hrs, or ready to use.
To serve, remove the frozen bag of pineapple party punch from the freezer and defrost until you can break it up into large chunks and put it into your punch bowl. Top it off w/ lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, prosecco or wine, and the flavors of the slushie pineapple party punch will meld together into a delicious frosty southern favorite.
