Apple Berry Detox Smoothie

  • 2 small Cripps pink apples or apples of choice
  • 3 stalks celery
  • ¼ cup baby carrots or ½ a large carrot
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • juice of ½ a fresh lemon
  • 10 drops liquid stevia optional
  • 1 cup cold filtered water


  1. Feed apples, celery, and carrots through a fruit juicer &/or juice extractor (should make about a cup or so of juice).
  2. Add extracted juice, frozen berries, lemon juice, half a cup of water, and stevia drops to a blender and pulse until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add the remaining water.
  3. Enjoy!
