very ripe banana

old fashioned or quick cooking oats

Biscoff cookie spread
reg or crunchy or nut butter of choice

unsweetened vanilla almond milk

plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
optional

cinnamon to garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
