King’s Sweet Hawaiian Rolls

spiral cut ham

roasted turkey

quality swiss cheese
I used Sargento
¼
cup
sugar-free strawberry preserves
½
cup
low calorie cranberry juice
2
tablespoon
poppy seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place rolls on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper.
Using a serrated knife, slice open each roll.
Add ½ oz of both turkey and ham and ¼ of a slice of Swiss cheese to each roll and close to form a little sandwich.
Cover with tin foil and place in the oven until heated through and cheese is melted. About 10-12 minutes.
While sammies are heating, add strawberry preserves and cranberry juice to a small sauce pan and place over medium heat, bringing to a boil.
Once boiling, lower heat and simmer until sauce is reduced and forms a syrup. Remove from heat.
Pull cookie sheet from oven, remove tin foil, and gently pour preserve mixture over each sandwich.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds and serve immediately.
